ALREADY ON TUMBLR, PLEASE REBLOG, DON'T REPOST [link]

Okay, now that this whole adventure is over (WITH A NICE SAD CLICHE ENDING), I'd like to talk about it more in depth for anyone who is still willing to read.

I started this comic as a practice run for making original comics shortly in the future. (I.e, expect more comics from me in time) Future comics will not be Homestuck related. I chose Homestuck because I needed a practice run that would be short and concise and could stand on its own without requiring that I invent an entire world for 10 pages. I have never done comics prior to this endeavor and wanted my main focus to be on aesthetic of layout, etc.

I decided to work with the Psiioniic because I found him to be a fascinating character with very little information told about him. There was a lot of room to explore while still keeping it 'canon.' I wanted to explore why he might have joined the Sufferer's crew, and I decided that only a crazy outlandish scenario could have peaked the curiosity of someone as intelligent as a Psiioniic. Further, I wanted to imagine what the Psiioniic might have been thinking about when everything in Ancesternia went to hell: did he regret his decision, did he hate the Signless. I decided that maybe he would just mull over what happened as he met his death, and so this comic became what it is.

I hugely appreciate all the critique I received along the way. While I might not have made any changes to this comic, it will reflect in future comics. Thanks for reading it. c:

P.S. No, I'm not in cahoots with Hussie. As far as I know, he'll never see this, and that's probably how it should be haha.

Fucking awesome! You should have kept it going DX it would made a kick ass comic book D: all though I know that you meant to end it like this, but I love the art work you put into it and the way it's sat and I loved how its one of my fav parts in avatar the last air bender I remember it. I just love how you pieced it together in this way it was awesome you should keep going I'm sure you'll do a good job and a lot of homestuck fans would love to read this over and over again cause this is my 100th time reading this cause its pretty kick ass.

OMG OW! You hit me straight in the feels.

First because: WOW that is SO Karkat and Sollux there, even without the snarky teenaged angst, but the mellow that bleeds between them...it's like you took the best parts of Mituna, Kankri, Karkat, and Sollux and mushed them together to create Signless and Psiionic.

Second, holy shit you are talented! I mean colors, composition, script, everything!

And third, this is so canon; how can it be anything but canon!?

As for your note at the bottom, why shouldn't Hussie see it?! He's collaborated with other artists before, and damn! You deserve to be among them, at least in my opinion.
